We accept RAW files (CR2, NEF, ARW, DNG, etc.) and high-quality JPEGs. For best results, we recommend shooting in RAW. We deliver edited images as high-resolution JPEGs and can provide layered PSD files upon request.
How many revisions are included?
Unlimited revisions are included until you're 100% satisfied. We provide a style guide questionnaire upfront to minimize revision cycles. Most clients are happy after 1-2 rounds. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Can I request a custom editing style?
Absolutely. We offer custom style guide development. Send us examples of your desired look, and we'll create a custom preset that matches your brand. Monthly and bulk clients receive dedicated editors who learn your style.
